Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting picks, viewing leaderboards, or otherwise using EDGR, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must meet any minimum age and eligibility requirements we publish (for example, 18+ where required). You confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms where you live.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information where we ask for it, and keep it up to date where possible.
• One person should use one account unless we expressly allow otherwise.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Gameplay Rules

EDGR is a free-to-play sports entertainment experience. Game formats, locks, scoring, settlements, and tie-breakers are defined in-product and may change between seasons or rounds. We may correct errors, void or adjust outcomes where needed for fairness or data integrity.

Leaderboards & Rankings

Leaderboards and rankings reflect platform rules and available data. Rankings may reset between seasons or when we run fresh competitions. Displayed positions are informational and may be updated retrospectively if we correct scoring or enforce fair play.

Virtual Bankroll Disclaimer

EDGR may display a virtual bankroll or similar in-game metrics for entertainment. Virtual bankroll has no cash value, is not a balance we hold for you, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. EDGR does not offer real-money wagering.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, scrape the service in bulk, impersonate others, harass users or staff, or attempt to manipulate outcomes or leaderboards. Abuse or exploits may result in suspension or termination of access, removal from leaderboards, or other enforcement we consider appropriate.

Intellectual Property

EDGR branding, software, text, graphics, and other content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without permission, except as allowed by law or for personal, non-commercial use consistent with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDGR is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer guarantees where they apply).

Changes to Platform

We may modify features, discontinue functionality, or update these Terms. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable means to notify you (for example, in-app notice or updated "Last updated" date). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
